The work generally consists of leak testing; completely resurfacing
the kiddie pool and competition swimming pool; making repairs as needed to
hollow and delaminated pool finish surfaces; repairing cracked coping stones; replacing
all drains, scum gutter tiles, and water line tiles; and replacing broken lane
marker tiles as needed. The project includes removing and reinstalling all
accessory items such as ropes, floats and
ladders per Florida Administrative Code 64E-9 thru to 64E-9.005(2)(a)
through (g), FAC. and
the most recent edition of the “Florida Pool Code”.
