Description:

The City of Foley, Alabama solicits quotations from Contractors to perform the work of furnishing and delivering pipe to the Project site, at sites in the City selected by City personnel, in accordance with the conditions stated hereafter.  The quotations shall remain in effect for a minimum of one year from the date that the quotation is submitted.  Thereafter, the contract may be extended on a yearly basis for a total of three years if such extension is acceptable to all parties thereto.
