The Hilton Head Island Airport is seeking proposals from qualified
concessionaires to provide food and beverage concessions at the Airport’s
Passenger Terminal. The County is seeking a competent and experienced operator
whose concept will complement the Island’s character and will enhance the image
of the Airport as a gateway to the Island, which is a global tourist
destination.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/27/2021 2:00 PM

Are utilities (water and electric) included in the rent? 3. Would you allow an additional week to submit a proposal? 4. Is a draft lease available for review?
Response: Please find the LOD as well as answers to question 2 on posted addition. There will be no deadline extension for this opportunity. We do not have a draft lease available at this time.
