Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested and
qualified firms or joint ventures with past, proven, positive experiences in
developing high-quality affordable housing solutions through all of the major
development milestones, such as financing and construction, through marketing
for sale and long term management. The
Request for Proposal (RFP) schedule contemplates proposal submittal, then
request for oral presentations from firms with the top ranked submittals. The target start date for contract award is March, 2019.
