Description: The objective of this work is to supply limerock to the District. The District anticipates purchasing 9,000 tons of limerock to refurbish the travel surface for the Loop Trail. District staff will provide the trucking.

Awarded Supplier shall provide limerock (material only), labor and equipment to load material onto District vehicles (18-20-ton dump trucks) and issue certified weight tickets at the time of loading. The material should generally meet Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Specifications for stabilized road base but does not need to be FDOT certified. However, the moisture content and the gradation schedule shall be met as defined below. The District reserves the right to inspect the material to ensure the quantity and quality meets the District’s minimum requirements prior to award.

The estimated budget for the project is $95,000.00.
