Description:

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed quotes until Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM for landscaping installation and one year of maintenance and watering at two entrance locations to the Jackson County Government Complex (located at the intersections of Jackson Parkway and State Routes 15 and 82). At that time, the sealed quotes will be opened and read in the Auditorium of the Jackson County Administrative Building located at 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, May 1 at 10:00 AM at the Jackson Parkway Entrance/Intersection at Highway 15 (Commerce Rd) in Jefferson, GA. *Attendees should park alongside roadway inside of entrance.

All interested bidders must download the bid package and bid form from the Jackson County web site at www.jacksoncountygov.com or at www.vendorregistrycom Contact person for bid related questions is Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager, at 706-367-6309 or kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com. Any questions specific to project scope should be sent in writing to bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com and david@redrockga.com. All bid related questions must be received in writing by Friday, May 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST.

Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.
