PURPOSE: The
purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from certified
independent auditors for annual auditing services in accordance with generally
accepted auditing standards for financial and compliance audits, as required by
Chapter 10.550 of the rules of the State of Florida Auditor General, applicable
to local government entity audits, including the annual audit for the City of
