Re-bid Notice:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 KCDC will receive sealed bids for site preparation work for its new property (The Cottages at Clifton Road) on Clifton Road as detailed in the solicitation document. KCDC has edited some portions of the specifications. The new bid document notes a date of 02-05-19.

KCDC posted the newest plans prepared by Cannon & Cannon which include the final revisions by the City of Knoxville. KCDC has also posted a "limited geo-technical exploration" report by GEOS.

Note that KCDC posted its "Prototype" contract and contract rider for your review prior to the bid date. Please review these documents to make sure  that your firm can sign a very similar contract if you are awarded this solicitation.
