Description: This project consists of drainage improvements on Upland Road. The improvements include the upsizing and replacement of an existing 30” RCP drainage pipe that originates on Upland Road and terminates approximately 1875 +/- to the south. The pipe installation will be within an existing 20’ drainage easement. Temporary Construction Easements (TCE’s) were obtained where needed. In addition to the pipe replacement, the scope includes the replacement of miscellaneous inlets, junction boxes, and other miscellaneous piping. All the necessary right of way and easement
restoration will be accomplished by seeding and sodding. Temporary construction
fencing will be required. Erosion and sediment control will be utilized through
construction.
