Question: Cleveland 1. Is there a wage decision for this project? 2. Section 01 2100 for allowances includes 2 allowances. 1 For converting the as-builts to CAD but there is no bid item for this. Will one be added? The allowance for underdrain does not include an amount. What amount should be included for this? 3. GRT is not on the bid form. Will this be added to the bid form or should the contractor include this on each bid item?
