Question: Before proceeding further, I have a few questions that I would like to clarify: 1. Is this bid open to accepting substitutions of iPad Cases aside from MAX Cases? 2. Is this bid open to accepting substitutions of Charging Carts aside from Luxor? 3. Are we allowed to bid only with iPad Cases and Charging Carts? 4. Are samples required for this bid?

Question: In the specification sheet, the district has the Newline 750Q listed as the IFPD of choice. I have just spoken with representatives at Newline and the 750Q seems to be EOL. However, they have provided the replacement which is the 75" Q Pro series 4K LED 4K Multi-Touch Display w/ USB Type-C, Google EDLA Certified (SKU: TT-7524QP). Would this replacement model be acceptable to the district?

Question: HP Chromebook 11 G9 EE, 3V2Y2UT#ABA, and HP Chromebook 11 G9 EE, 3V2Y3UT#ABA, have both gone EOL. Will you accept the current alternatives of HP Fortis 11 inch G10 Chromebook,9R3A9UT#ABA and HP Fortis 11 inch G10 Chromebook 9R3B0UT#ABA? Also, the HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10 Notebook, 822Q9UT#ABA, has also gone eol and has transitioned to A1LC4UT#ABA. Will you accept new sku? Lastly, the tower sku is not searching. I believe you are referring to A1NX0UT#ABA?
