Sealed Bids for the construction of the North Service Area Booster Pump Station will be received, by the
Town of Mooresville, at the Town of Mooresville Operations Center, 2523 Charlotte Highway, Mooresville,
North Carolina 28117 until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 27, 2020, at which time the Bids received will
be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a booster pumping station and all
appurtenances.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre‐bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on February 12, 2020 at the project site located at 2528 Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, North Carolina 28117. Attendance at the pre‐bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
