Description: The City of Myrtle Beach will be receiving Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-B0008 for Ocean Woods Cemetery Phase 2.  This project consists of grading, construction of a roadway, storm drainage installation, and the installation of sod and irrigation to continue supporting the expansion of Ocean Woods Cemetery.  Electronic IFB forms and requirements may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC  29577 or via email for $50.00 (non-refundable).  IFB submissions must be received by the Procurement Office prior to 2:00p.m. (local time), Wednesday, December 4, 2024.  Electronic submissions will not be accepted.  The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.  For plans and specifications contact Lynda Greenough via email at lgreenough@cityofmyrtlebeach.com.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory: Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 2:00p.m. (local time) onsite at Ocean Woods Cemetery, next to the pet cemetery where the office space was located, at 2408 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. Participants may be expected to walk distances or travel to other areas throughout the meeting.
