Description:
The County of Calhoun is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County in preparation of a Central Services Cost Allocation Plan (CAP). The plans prepared by the consultant will be for a five-year period, calendar years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025) will be used to facilitate recoveries in the fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The required plan of the awarded firm shall include a CAP following all policies and procedures stated in OMB A-87 and in accordance with all applicable local and federal law, regulations and guidelines. The County desires to ensure that administrative costs incurred on behalf of the federal programs operated by the County are recovered to the maximum extent possible under current guidelines. Rate proposals shall include roll-forward adjustments determined from final costs for the previous fiscal year. The work required under this contract and the proposal response to be submitted by interested firms is explained in this Request For Proposal (RFP). Firms should review the same and submit proposals in compliance with the RFP.
