We are looking for pricing to have construction photography for the duration of the new Middle School at Polo Club Blvd.  This project will start in December 2020/January 2021 (exact date TBD) and last approximately 2.5 years.  The bids for this project will be opened on Thursday, October 21, 2021 and the apparent low-bid contractor will then be required to put a construction schedule together.

 

We specifically need to know where all MEP items are located in the ground and in the building per a reference to the overall building floor plans and site plans.  The bid documents for this project are available on the Lynn imaging planroom:  https://www.lynnimaging.com/distribution/View/ViewJobList.aspx?group_id=public_all

 

It is listed under Fayette County Public Schools – New Middle School at Polo Club Blvd.  You will need set up a log-in to look at these plans.   This will have all information needed as far as square footages and site work.  This is a new middle school.
