Description: The City of Georgetown, South Carolina is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general or site contractors to construct a new parking lot at 113 Cleland Street. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246 & Order No.11375.
