Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (“RRPS”) is seeking professional Architectural Design Services for Independence HS & Cyber Academy HS. Procurement method for construction documents need to be designed utilizing the CMAR Design procurement approach. Offerors need to demonstrate their experience using CMAR as a procurement method for construction services and construction boiler plate/contract documents. The MACC for Independence HS & Cyber Academy HS is 30 million and an architect fee schedule is referenced as Appendix E, which is included as an attachment. (Dependent upon available funding)
