Description:

The Lumpkin County wishes to construct an Aquatic Facility with Outdoor Multi-Purpose Pool(s) on County owned property. The County is now seeking to select a firm to provide construction management services for the project.  The goal of this selection process is to select the firm that demonstrates the greatest capabilities and relevant experience.  A construction site park location (Attachment B) and a conceptual rendering (Attachment C) of the main features proposed for the Aquatic Facility are attached at the end of this document.  The Aquatic Facility project must be planned and developed within the County’s currently approved funding limits.
