NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested contractors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for the consideration by the City of Spartanburg for the construction of two (2) metal Aircraft Hangars located on the City of Spartanburg Downtown Airport Property at 500 Ammons Road.
