Description: The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and complementary Mobile product as well as associated interfaces (collectively “System”). In addition to the requested software, the selected vendor will be providing services for the implementation, training, and support of the selected software.
