Description: The project consists of modifications to the regional stormwater pond located at the southwest corner of Michigan Avenue and Doc McDuffie Road in Foley, AL. Improvements include regrading to increase pond capacity and construct water quality features, landscaping, fencing repairs, and replacing the downstream outlet structure at Doc McDuffie Road, 125 feet west of the Ready Mix Concrete Plant. The Contractor shall provide all labor, machinery and materials as per specifications to complete all work as outlined in the bid documents.
