Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking professional services to implement the Singlewire InformaCast application. InformaCast is a notification software solution that transforms devices on any network into a powerful system for IP paging and emergency alerting. It integrates easily with Cisco IP phones, overhead IP speakers, strobes, panic buttons, and more to increase the speed, reach, and success rate of emergency alerts. With the push of a single button on a phone, you can send a live, recorded, or scheduled alerts to one or more recipient groups. Escambia County would like InformaCast configured for the MC Blanchard building at 190 W Government St, Pensacola, FL 32502 with the assumption that all licensing has been purchased.

The scope of the project will comprise of the following: design, configuration, validation testing, go-live support and post deployment support; and project closure documentation.
