Description: The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide the County with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and implementation services for the Arlington County Water Pollution Control Bureau (WPCB). This system will either upgrade and enhance the WPCB’s current CMMS or replace and convert the system to a new software application. The CMMS should be a commercially available software with a successful performance record with other local governments of similar size and scope as the County WPCB.
