The Franklin County Regional Jail is releasing a Request for Solution.  The Request for Solution RFS 18-0825 replaces the cancelled Franklin Inmate Table RFP 18-0731. The RFP cancellation was expressed to all registered Bidders on Friday 8/24/18. The Facility acknowledges with thanks all those Responses received on or before August 22, 2018 to its RFP. As the Jail still requires a bona fide Tablet system solution, it is releasing this RFS, which, will elicit response Solutions from Vendors previously registered in the RFP process, as well as new Vendors.

The jail committee will review all responses and the top three finalists will be invited for further negotiations on site at the Facility.

Contract Term: The Franklin Tablet contract will be for a period of two (2) years, with two (2) subsequent 12-month renewal terms, as determined by the County.

Revenue Sharing: mechanism is requested with in RFS Response.
