Description: Arlington County is seeking a contractor to conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS)/National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Inspections within Arlington County. The Contractor shall conduct inspections utilizing the most recent standards released by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and utilized by Public Housing Authorities for the inspection of AHCVP and PSH units and ensure all inspectors working under this scope meet these certifications.
