Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Regional Aquatic Center, Shuler Theater and Library Lighting Retrofit Project - Project No. COR00023-02. The work shall generally consist of retrofit of existing exterior mounted lighting all the way around the Regional Aquatic Center, Shuler Theater and Library where applicable and interior exit lighting, retrofit existing lighting and legal and proper disposal of existing fixtures and fluorescent bulbs. Replacement shall include provision and installation of all retrofit lighting components and appurtenances and electrical/ structural modifications required for a functional operational system.
Sealed bids shall be received by Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Manager as follows:

Sealed bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Complete sets of bidding documents are available for download on the City’s website www.ratonnm.gov or by contacting City Clerk/Chief Procurement Officer Michael Anne Antonucci at 575-445-9451 or by email at mantonucci@cityofraton.com. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Overview: The attached is an addendum to the bid proposal form which shall replace the bid proposal form submitted to bidders previously. Any earlier Bid Proposal form shall be discarded by bidders. Bidder must acknowledge receipt of the addenda and attach to the bid form. Receipt of Addendum No. 1 must also be acknowledged on the Bid Form by the bidder.
