Description: The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is soliciting qualifications from
experienced general contractors to coordinate and construct public infrastructure within the City
Center project. The project is a 4 +/‐ acre redevelopment public/private partnership with public
infrastructure projects including but not limited to streets, sidewalks, greenspaces, parking deck and
stormwater facilities. The general contractor will oversee the construction of public infrastructure in
coordination with the private development partner. The City will provide construction plans for the
public infrastructure components of the project.
