The Project entails the construction of a new two story CMU and steel fire hall facility consisting of a three bay apparatus area, living quarters, gathering space with dispatch, kitchen and eating area, site utilities, site work and all components to develop a new finished project meeting the description above. Awarded contractor will provide furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the facility including all mass and finish grading, site utilities, drives, foundation and structural integrity systems, roofing, interior finishes based on architectural plans and specifications provided by the architect Renaissance Group.
