Description:
This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA), in partnership with the city of Albion and the Battle Creek Community Foundation, who serve as the CCLBA’s coalition partners (“CCLBA Coalition”) for this project. The CCLBA Coalition was awarded a $1,500,000 grant from the US EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant and is seeking to select an environmental services consultant (“Consultant”) to assist in fulfilling the Cooperative Agreement and Work Plan (Attachment 1) obligations of said grant. The grant period is four years. The purpose of this grant is to assist the CCLBA Coalition with the re-use of abandoned properties owned by it and others in Calhoun County.

Question: Good morning! I am curious if the County would provide a list of those firms that have downloaded the RFP documents for this project. We are interested in the prospects of asking another firm to team with us to further strengthen our in-house environmental capabilities. If you could please advise, that would be greatly appreciated!
