Question: Is the roof still under warranty and is there a particular vendor we need to use if any roof repair/curb flashing needs to be done?
Response: There is no specific vendor required for the repair or installation of curb flashing.

Question: Is it possible for us to get a picture of the underside of the roof inside the building where the curb penetrates to see how the roof joists are spaced out?
Response: There is an active DSS Office under where the current unit is set. We will try and get a photograph of the underside of the roof.
