                                                                NOTICE:  Vendors wishing to hand deliver their RFQ's must do so by placing their RFQ inside a temporary drop box by 3:45 pm, on the bid due date. See Addendum # 1                                                                                                                          Statements of interest and qualification documents will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 PM Thursday, May 21, 2020 for increasing the operating elevation of the Quincy Regional Barge Dock.
