Question: Good afternoon, the bid requires FOB Arlington, Va. We can only submit FOB Silver Spring, MD and/or FOB Huntsville, AL(Schwarze factory). This is due to the huge price increases that are fluctuating and fuel prices thru the roof. We are getting multiple price increases each week and month plus surcharges for freight.
Response: Thank you for responding. According to the draft contract, in order to be responsive, all goods under this contract must be F.O.B. Arlington County, Virginia.
