Description:
The City of Portales, New Mexico will accept competitive sealed proposals for repurposing the property located at 1001 W. 18th Street for a Family Entertainment Venue, until 2:00 p.m. (MST), Tuesday, July 10, 2018.
A Pre-proposal conference WILL BE held on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 11:00 AM (MST) at 1001 W. 18th Street, Portales, NM 88130. Attendance at the Pre-proposal conference is not mandatory.
A completed and signed Attachment B “Acknowledgement of Receipt of Request for Proposals Form” should be received by June 25, 2018, no later than 5:00 PM (MST) via hand delivery, mail, email (cweems@portalesnm.gov) or fax (575.356.3158) for an Offeror to ensure timely receipt of addenda/addendums.

This addendum is for the purpose of disseminating information from the Pre-Proposal conference held on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. (MST) , and changes. Included in this addendum are the following:

3. Minutes with Questions & Answers
4. Floor Plan
SUPPLEMENTAL SITE VISIT:
The initial site visit was abbreviated. The building will be open for viewing and measurements on Monday, July 2 from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon. No questions will be answered at this time.
· If you have any questions please submit them in writing by email (cweems@portalesnm.gov) or fax (575-356-3158). The deadline to submit written questions is Monday, July 2, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. (MST). The City of Portales will respond to the questions via an addendum by email or fax, depending on which is on file, on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. (MST).
EVALUATION CRITERIA CHANGE:
Evaluation Criteria #6 on page 14 of the RFP “Current Volume of Work” was deleted and the total maximum available is 95.
All other portions of the RFP documents remain unchanged.
This addendum clarifies the information presented during the Pre-Proposal Conference. Offeror must acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the Proposal transmittal letter. Failure to do so may subject the offeror to disqualification.
