Question: Can I please get information on current contract. Open records on what City of Conroe is currently paying and copy of current contract.

Question: Is the city open to adjustments to the verbiage of the contract? Specifically looking to add mutual termination rights.

Question: With the pre-bid meeting on the 29th and then the July 4th holiday, is there any chance of extending the due date by a week? Just in case we need to make any changes based off the information received at the pre-bid meeting on the 29th.

Question: On page 51 of the RFP in the notes section, it mentions Restricted Access. What exactly does this mean?
Response: Restricted areas are locked areas. The awarded vendor will be given a gate pass to enter those areas.

Response: We do not have maps for the ROW mowing.

Question: On Attachment A under Programs 2 or 3 it states Y for Site No. 1,2, and 3. Are you requiring Mulch at all three public works locations or is No. 1 the Public Works Service Center the only location getting Mulch.
Response: The Public Works Service Center is the only location requiring mulch.

Question: in Bid A specification 7 - requires mowing of the Downtown area biweekly in the months of April - September but the bid form only asks for 6 cycles. Where would I put the value for the biweekly cycles?
