Description: The Escambia County Water Quality Laboratory (ECWQL) is located at 3363 West Park Place in Pensacola, Florida. The ECWQL needs certified laboratory testing to support the waste services monitoring program.  The ECWQL requires a FL certified lab that operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM plus can respond to emergency calls within one hour from request by the ECWQL. A service center or partnership with a local laboratory is acceptable to meet this criteria. The scope of this RFQ will be awarded to one lab and will not split between labs other than as a back-up lab.
