Question: Will General Contractor A license be allowed to bid
Answer: Yes. The district will accept bids from Licensed Contractors holding a General Contractor A certificate. Registration with the Division of Industrial Relations will also be required.
Question: What is the access for equipment?
Answer: Access is available from three places. SE from the east parking lot, SW from the main parking lot Central entrance and N from the main parking lot.
Question: Where is the staging area?
Answer: The SE grass area is preferred although overflow can be used in front of the maintenance shed.
Question : Is this a DSA inspected job?
Answer: Yes...There are access and other DSA concerns. The project has a DSA approval and Frank Coughlin will be the inspector.

Answer: Yes. LC2.02 is posted in
full set on portal.

Note #12 on sheet C-101 is asking for construction of a Storm
Drain line and refers to details "A" on sheet C-201, but detail
"A" on sheet C-201 says N.I.C. Please clarify is the storm
drain line is part of this bid.
Answer: Detail A on Sheet C-201 should be
included in the contract and was omitted incorrectly. The plan C-101 is
correct, the storm drain is in the project scope.
3.
Please clarify the scope of work of the trellis. Are we
only installing the footing and structural steel ? What is included in this
project exactly?
Answer: Yes. The entire trellis is
part of the scope of the quad project.
4.
There are a few notes on sheet G-102 I need clarifications
please:
Note #2: Accessible boys and girls toilet room. Part of
scope of work. What is the scope of work exactly? Answer: N.I.C.
Note #3: accessible men's and women's toilets room. What is the
scope of work here? Answer: N.I.C.
Note #4: accessible drinking fountain. Is this part of the scope
of work and how many drinking fountains? Please provide detail. Answer: N.I.C.
