Description: The purpose of this project is to install a new retention pond within the Windward Slopes Park. The overall work for this project includes grading, installation of headwalls, installation of drain pipes, installation of a spillway, replacing existing walking trail, plating new trees, replanting existing trees, installation of electrical services, and installation of a fountain. The contractor should follow plans prepared by Kimley-Horn.
