The Lee College District (“Lee College” or the “College”) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Campus Wide MDF/IDF Modifications. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at 700 W. Texas Avenue in the Carport Area located at the rear of the Building, parking is available on Texas Avenue and the parking lot beside the building.  All proposals must be uploaded to Vendor Registry by the due date and time of Tuesday, November 03, 2020, at 2:00 PM. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 4:00PM. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via Vendor Registry accessed from the Lee College Purchasing webpage. Emailed or hardcopy proposals will not be accepted and will be disqualified and/or returned unopened. Vendors will receive confirmation from Vendor Registry when their proposal is successfully received. A bidder’s bond certified or cashier’s check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total base bid price payable without recourse to Lee College and four copies of proposals without pricing must be hand delivered or mailed and received by the due date to C/O Mr. Mike Sparkes Lee College Purchasing Agent, Campus Wide MDF/IDF Modifications to 511 S. Whiting Baytown, Texas 77520.  Hand Deliveries Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Friday 8:30 – 12:00.
