Description: Sealed bids for the Land Clearing and Mulching Contract will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Belle Meade City Hall, 4705 Harding Rd., Nashville, TN 37205 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be made on the forms included in the bid packet.  This lump-sum contract consists of labor and equipment necessary to clear out and mulch brush and trees (less than 6” in diameter), on approximately 0.3 acre of public right-of-way between Harding Pike and Hillwood Boulevard.
