Description: The BIDS shall be based on the following:
The supply and delivery on an annual basis of pool chemicals consisting of sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine) and non-fuming Pool Acid to the Darrell Enfinger Sports Complex swimming pool located at 580 NW 27th Lane, Okeechobee, FL. Contractor shall also include the installation of a 1,000 gallon minimum capacity High Density Polyethylene tank for the Chlorine and a 165 gallon minimum capacity High Density Polyethylene tank for the Acid.
The Agreement will be for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 15th, 2023, and ending July 14th, 2025, and may be renewed for up to one (1) additional one-year term, upon mutual written consent of the parties.
