Description: Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2022 for the purpose of hauling household recyclable materials from Quincy recycling drop off sites to a designated recycling center located within the city limits.
