Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at Northwest High School, 1651 Tunnel Hill-Varnell Road, Tunnel Hill, GA 30755 on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (EST), shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of the facility is also required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit the facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visit shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting on April 8, 2025. District shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions. **Vendors arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to participate. **
