The scope of services will include but not be limited to furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, services and all other necessary incidentals required to perform complete landscape maintenance of all the areas as detailed in a manner that will maintain healthy turf, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
