EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT November 2, 2020 to October 28, 2021. Lowcountry Council of Governments reserves the right at its discretion to extend the contract up to three additional months.
CONSULTANT ELIGIBILITY: This procurement is open to those consultants that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in the Lowcountry COG Region.
PURPOSE: The RFP provides interested OFFERORs with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit written proposals for consideration by the Lowcountry Council of Governments (LCOG) and the Lowcountry Area Transportation Study (LATS). B. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: This project will be administered by the Lowcountry Council of Governments (LCOG) for the Lowcountry Area Transportation Study (LATS) and for LCOG.
