NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The City of Spartanburg is seeking Proposals from Licensed General Contractors or South Carolina Home Builders who are also Licensed and Certified Lead Remediation Contractors for the abatement work or use of Interim controls for these listed properties:
• 334 S. Hampton Street RFP includes painting of all windows and leak repairs
• 348 W. Hampton Street RFP includes a complete painting of the exterior of the house
These are two separate Requests for Proposals. Each of these properties will be bided separately. So be sure to acquire both RFP’s and prepare them individually
