Description: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to renovate CFX's McCoy Road East District Facility building and parking lot located at 7015 McCoy Road, Orlando, FL 32822 and modify the parking lot of CFX's EPASS Service Center located at 525 South Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801. The building work includes but is not limited to architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility systems as shown in the plans. The parking lot work includes but is not limited to erosion control, clearing & grubbing, earthwork, stabilization, base, asphalt, concrete curb/gutter/sidewalk, irrigation modifications, signing, lighting, thermoplastic pavement markings and a dumpster site.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting / in-person site visit will be held on August 24, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the CFX Headquarters Building located at 4974 ORL Tower Road, Orlando, Florida, 32807. The purpose of the mandatory meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting / site visit is mandatory in order to bid on the project. Based on the number of attendees, an additional site visit may be scheduled at the discretion of CFX. Attendance to the mandatory pre-bid meeting / in-person site visit is required to submit a bid.
