Question: I wanted to know if there is any flexibility when it comes to the upfront purchase of the paper. Can each location be invoiced for paper as it is needed? I wanted to understand if there was flexibility in the invoice/payment process.
Response: See Spec 1 for a detailed description of the invoice/payment process. We would like one pre-paid order. Any deviations from this should be noted on the bid form.
