Description: The City of Lakeland, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide Preliminary Engineering (NEPA), Design, and Right of Way services related to the Scott’s Creek Greenway in Lakeland, TN. This project can generally be described as a shared-use trail from the existing trail at Cool Springs Park to Memphis Arlington Road. Work with this project includes the construction of a ten-foot wide shared-use trail with ADA compliant pedestrian improvements and proper landscaping along the entire path.
