ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) COACHING SERVICES
NIGP Commodity Code 91838 

New Mexico Highlands University(NMHU) and in cooperation with the New Mexico Public Education Department, College and Career Readiness Bureau (CCRB), is soliciting proposals to contract with highly qualified individuals to provide technical assistance and professional development to schools and teachers in New Mexico’s public and state charter schools throughout the state.

All Proposals must be received by NMHU’s Purchasing Department prior to 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday May 5, 2020.  Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.   
All Proposals shall comply with the New Mexico Procurement Code, and all applicable federal, state and local laws.   

NMHU reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all Bids, cancel this RFP for any reason and at any time, and/or award a contract/purchase order that is in its best interest.  No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal for ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening.
