There will be no pre-bid conference. 

Sealed bids must be received at the Office of the Springfield City Recorder, at 405 N. Main Street, Springfield, Tennessee, 37172, on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Please reference Bid 1097 on the outside of the sealed envelope.  Contact Terry Beers, P.E., Water & Wastewater Department Director, at 615-382-1600 with any questions.  The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
